Our client is a successful, forward thinking and fast paced business who are looking for a L&D Advisor to join their HR department. on a short term project basis. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience within Learning and Development and ideally have experience working within the Financial sector and be aware of regulations to adhere too.

Learning & Development Advisor - Job Overview

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the L&D  Project Advisor is responsible for Planning solutions for an ER related project and writing training plans for Line Managers.

• Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support the L&D strategic action plan
• Liaise with departmental managers regarding training requirements and conduct training needs analysis for each business area
• Assess both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs by identifying skills gaps and future learning requirements
• Liaise with training providers for all relevant training and maintain relationships with external contracts
• Produce HR training for across the business
• Maintain the Learning Management System and review the L&D policy and strategic plan
• Act as a central point of contact for all L&D queries
• Establishing a more effective and efficient way of delivering training materials.

Learning & Development Advisor - Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a Learning and Development role
• Strong professional presence and ability to communicate to all levels within the business
• Desirable requirements: level 3 or above E&T
• level 3 CIPD membershsip
