A well respected and successful company in Stevenage are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their supportive team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and implementing numerous projects, looking at strategy and coaching line managers. 

HR Advisor - Benefits Offered

• £38,000 - £41,0000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Hybrid working
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Free parking onsite

HR Advisor - Overview

• Provide generalist HR advice, support and administration to improve business operations across the employee lifecycle:
  • On and Off Boarding
  • Resourcing and Talent Planning
  • HR Strategy & Projects
  • Learning and Talent Development
  • Performance and Reward
  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Relations
• Provide support, coaching and mentoring for line managers on performance management, TUPE, capability, absence management, dispute resolution, disciplinary, grievance, absence, retirement and redundancy and maximising engagement.
• Provide cover for other team members

HR Advisor - Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in managing projects and implementing strategy 
• Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role
• Experience working within a large organisation is desirable
• Excellent people skills
• Team player and happy to adapt to change
