HR Advisor

Are you passionate about people and driven by a commitment to excellence in HR practices? Immediate opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join this not-for-profit business based in Letchworth on a 3 month contract basis.

In this key role, you'll partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver expert, people-focused solutions that attract, grow, and retain a resilient, skilled, and motivated workforce.

The successful candidate should have a wealth of experience within HR with particular focus on Employee Relations, be CIPD qualified or part qualified and be available for an immediate start.

HR Advisor - Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with HR colleagues, coaching and developing HR Administrators and Coordinators.
• Support and empower managers to deliver effective people practices aligned with business needs.
• Provide practical, end-to-end HR solutions for complex employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, grievances, disciplinaries, and offboarding.
• Draft correspondence for employee relations cases and maintain accurate records for HR KPIs.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Champion inclusion and equity across all practices, enhancing the employee experience.
• Lead HR projects and contribute to team initiatives to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure timely processing of employee data for monthly payroll.

HR Advisor - Experience required:

• CIPD qualified or part-qualified
• Strong HR Advisor-level ER expertise
• Proficient in Microsoft IT and HRIS (IRIS Cascade)
• Excellent communicator, delivering clear advice
• Skilled in managing tasks and projects independently
• Collaborative and self-directed
• Well-versed in employment legislation
• Detail-oriented and thorough
