Purchase Ledger Clerk

A well respected and successful company in Hatfield are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have experience within an Accounts Payable position and happy to hit the ground running and work as part of a busy team.

Purchase Ledger Clerk – Benefits Offered

• £27,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• 8.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Hybrid working

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Overview

• Supporting with the Purchase Ledger 
• Credit checking and setting up new customer accounts
• Processing weekly expenses
• Supporting with any existing customer or supplier queries
• General support to the wider Accounts team

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Happy working in a team
