New opportunity for a small, successful manufacturing company as a Part-time Bookkeeper!  This role would suit someone who likes to feel valued by an organisation and who understands the importance of the role they do and the value it adds to the wider business.

Job Overview 

• Responding to customer & supplier queries
• Order processing 
• Raising Sales Invoices
• Posting Receipts
• Maintaining Sales Ledger
• Credit Control
• Posting Purchase Invoices
• Maintaining Purchase Ledger
• Payment run to suppliers
• Reconciling monthly accounts
• Company card reconciliation to bank/receipts
• Petty cash reconciliation
• Banking reconciliation
• Reconciling VAT
• Wages information to Accountants
• Pension payments – Nest

Skills and Experience Required 

• Previous Accounts Administration experience
• Experience using Sage essential 
• Proficient using Microsoft Outlook 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good telephone manner

• £27,000 pro rata 
• 30 hours per week across 5 days
