Credit Controller

• Managing a portfolio of overdue customer accounts 
• Speaking with customers regularly over the phone to understand financial difficulties and find appropriate solutions
• Handling general finance queries & providing excellent customer service
• Resolving any pricing or billing issues where needed
• Taking payments & setting up manageable repayment plans
• Producing reports & managing financial data

Credit Controller - Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in credit control
• A strong telephone manner – confident & professional
• Confident working in a fast paced environment 
• Problem solving skills
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
