Job Title: Manufacturing Technican
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: 39.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, Monday - Friday 

• Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and an early finish on a Friday!

A thriving and well-respected organisation within the manufacturing sector has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join their production team. This is a permanent role, offering stability and the chance to develop your technical skills within a supportive environment.

Job Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC cutting machines to produce high-quality transit kits.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and job specifications.

• Performing quality checks, labelling, and packaging to meet customer requirements.

• Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and consumables.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficiency and accuracy in production.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.

Skills & Experience Required

• Computer literacy with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Willingness to work rotating day shifts (early and late patterns).

• Ability to lift and handle materials safely.

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery or similar equipment (desirable).

• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator (advantageous).
