We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a friendly and expanding team. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious self-starters who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients get the most out of their services.

Customer Success – Key Responsibilities

• Support new clients during their onboarding journey, coordinating contracts and documentation

• Liaise with partners and suppliers to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and on time

• Set up and run online software training sessions for clients (training provided)

• Provide excellent ongoing support by answering queries and ensuring client satisfaction

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on departmental growth and process improvements

• Contribute ideas to improve systems, tools, and client experience

• Support software testing and development projects to enhance customer outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

• Highly organised with strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working to deadlines and keen to grow with the business

• Experience in software and customer support, with an interest in technology, payments, or financial services, is highly desirable

• £26,000 per annum plus £3,000 annual bonus
