We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a friendly and expanding team. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious self-starters who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients get the most out of their services.
Customer Success – Key Responsibilities
Support new clients during their onboarding journey, coordinating contracts and documentation
Liaise with partners and suppliers to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and on time
Set up and run online software training sessions for clients (training provided)
Provide excellent ongoing support by answering queries and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with the Project Manager on departmental growth and process improvements
Contribute ideas to improve systems, tools, and client experience
Support software testing and development projects to enhance customer outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
Highly organised with strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working to deadlines and keen to grow with the business
Experience in software and customer support, with an interest in technology, payments, or financial services, is highly desirable
Benefits
£26,000 per annum plus £3,000 annual bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension contribution of 6%
Hybrid working (3 days per week from home once trained)
