Sales Administrator - Benefits Offered 
  • Competitive salary and annual bonus 
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

Sales Administrator - Job Overview
  • Preparing and processing quotations and orders using SAP
  • Coordinating with dealers and distributors to ensure smooth order delivery
  • Managing and maintaining customer records and sales data in SAP and Salesforce
  • Booking site surveys and handling inbound customer service enquiries
  • Managing loan stock and return shipments
  • Liaising with internal teams and the warehouse to keep everything running efficiently
  • Supporting the wider sales team with admin and delivery coordination
Sales Administrator - Skills & Experience Required 
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or logistics coordination
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with order processing and data management
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is proactive, professional, and solution-driven
