SAAS Onboarding Assistant

Our client, who are located in St Albans are a successful Accountancy firm.  With success of launching a new client app (SAAS), they are on the look out for an Account Manager to join their team and manage the process of onboarding existing clients within the Hospitality industry to the app.  Our client offers a supportive environment, where training and progression is key, with excellent employee benefits.  

This role is ideal for someone that has been in a Managerial position within Hospitality but would like to move to an office based environment, or someone with experience in Customer Service Support.

SAAS Onboarding Assistant  – Benefits Offered

• £28,000  £30,000 per annum, depending on experience 
• 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays
• Monday - Friday - 37 hours 9.00 -5.30pm

SAAS Onboarding Assistant - Job Overview
As SAAS Onboarding Assistant   your duties will include;

• Communicating with existing clients to promote the app 
• Training clients on the software 
• Maintaining client relationships and responding to any queries 

SAAS Onboarding Assistant - Skills & Experience Required

• Experience working within the Hospitality industry within a manager position 
• Process driven and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate 
• A Level education as a minimum with 3 or more passes A-C
• A degree in English, IT, Business Studies or Economics is desirable
