The successful candidate must have proven experience in Safer Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering from within iGaming from a UK regulated market, and be passionate about ensuring fairness, transparency, and player safety in the dynamic world of online gaming.

Due to the nature of the business this role will involve some shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

Player Safety Analyst – Job Overview

As a Player Safety Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert and take on a pivotal role in safeguarding players and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced, innovative industry.  You will oversee the day-to-day Player Safety operations and should be adept at working within Safer Gambling and AML frameworks. Your role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal KPIs, SLAs, and in-house policies while meeting quality expectations.

• Conducting thorough and accurate risk reviews and investigations
• Performing Enhanced Due Diligence checks and write risk review reports
• Following up on problematic accounts and monitoring player behaviour
• Handling contacts from customers wanting support on Safer Gambling or AML topics
• Making key decisions to protect the customer and prevent harmful or damaging activity
• Fulfilling all daily tasks of the Player Safety team, including reporting
• Supporting colleagues across the business to deliver solid Safer Gambling and AML programmes

Player Safety Analyst – Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Safer Gambling/AML roles in iGaming
• Experience in a UK regulated market
• Strong analytical, investigative and communication skills
• Compliance Accreditation(s)
