An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join a growing team in Stevenage. This varied role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident providing first-line support to both clients and colleagues.
Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in supporting the operations team by managing client queries, coordinating service jobs, and ensuring all processes run smoothly. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the success of the team.
Responsibilities:- Monitoring the service inbox
- Answering help desk phone calls, logging client requests on internal and external portals
- Obtaining job updates from engineers and updating the system
- Putting quotes together to send to clients
- Scheduling engineers
- Ordering parts
- Closing jobs once they have been completed ready for invoicing
Experience Required
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Previous office administration experience essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional, client-focused, and able to multitask effectively
Previous experience in an operations support or service scheduling role highly desirable
Benefits
- Starting salary from £25,000 per annum
