IT Graduate

International business based in Royston have an immediate opportunity for an IT graduate or IT professional with an understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, PC/laptop/mobile phone, and device configurations) to join them on a 6 month contract basis.

This is an on-site and office-based role in Royston, Hertfordshire.  Car driver essential due to site location.

IT Graduate (6 month contract) – Job Overview

• Assisting colleagues with their IT-related issues, ensuring all incidents and service requests are timely completed.
• Checking new users' accounts setup and preparing company tools as required, coordinating setup of all required systems with all parties and suppliers
• Ensuring the Exit User process is followed, company equipment/devices recovered and systems de-activated as per documentation.
• Assist with IT projects related to improvements of IT technology and services at production sites.

IT Graduate (6 month contract) – Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 96 UCAS points comprised of:
  • 3 x A levels (or equivalent), grade C or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) subjects.
  • 5 x GSCEs (or equivalent), grade C or above, including Maths and English
• An understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, PC/laptop/mobile phone, and device configurations
• Driving licence essential
• Strong communicator, customer-focused, and results-oriented

IT Graduate (6 month contract) – Benefits Offered

• £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
• 6 month contract
