Financial Services Administrator - Job Overview
- Ensure that any customer enquiries are responded within agreed timescales
- Providing excellent customer service via verbal and written communication
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure that all complaints and queries are appropriately logged and responded to.
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks
- Updating customer details, producing statements and dealing with adhoc requests
- Assisting with any reporting for customers
Financial Services Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Educated to degree level, A-levels or equivalent
- Proven experience within financial services highly desirable
- Confident supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
