Do you have strong customer service skills combined with strong data analytical ability.  This established and expanding Ware based organisation have a new opportunity for a data orientated individual with pattern recognising and problem-solving skills to join their small team.

This is a permanent office based role, successful candidate should currently reside within a commutable distance to Ware, Hertfordshire.

Customer Service Data Admin – Job Overview

• Data interpretation and information management
• Understanding patterns and identifying steps required to resolve discrepancies
• Working with data flows
• Appointment booking and query resolution
• Providing technical product and service information
• Liaison with third party companies
• Checking, validating and processing data

Customer Service Data Admin – Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in data interpretation and data flows
• Problem solving skills
• Competent in MS Office packages including Excel to a high standard
• A flexible and positive approach and able to work well in a team

Customer Service Data Admin – Benefits Offered

• Up to £26,000 per annum
• Office based - Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
• 25 days holiday entitlement
