Contracts Manager - Benefits Offered
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension contribution
- Free onsite parking
- Overseeing their largest department's maintenance contracts
- Ensuring maintenance work is prepared for, allocating trusted engineers to carry out to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
- Providing excellent customer service to maintenance managers, keeping them up to date and ensuring work is completed and resolving any issues
- Line managing a small team of administrators
- Proactively working and suggesting innovative ways to improve and maintain high levels of service provided to customers.
- Proven contract and project management experience
- Experience scheduling and allocating work for engineers
- Working knowledge of the built environment
- Experience liaising with maintenance managers
- Hospitality industry awareness
