Industry leading Stevenage based construction organisation has an immediate opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to support the resource planning team to ensure work is scheduled .

Contracts Administrator – Job Overview

  • Process new and renewal contacts on the system
  • Update and send invoices
  • Run monthly reports
  • Book work and schedule Engineers’ diaries
  • Make sure all information and documentation is available
  • Monitor the progress of work
  • Update clients on any changes
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails from relevant inboxes

Contracts Administrator – Required Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

Contracts Administrator – Benefits Offered

  • Up to £25,000 per annum
  • 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 1 years’ service
  • Hybrid working available (3 days office based, 2 days remote)
