Administrator - Details 
  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum 
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm 
  • Occasional weekends on call
  • 28 Days Holiday
  • Pension contribution
  • Private medical insurance
Administrator - Job Overview 
  • Dealing with queries from customers and engineers and updating the CRM system accordingly.
  • Ensuring that customers receive the very best after-sales service possible
  • Managing customer expectations through regular and transparent communications
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Processing orders for parts
  • Invoicing jobs/raising credit notes.
Administrator - Skills & Experience Required 
  • Proven experience within an office-based admin/customer service role 
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Adaptable and self-motivated 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
