Established Hertfordshire based organisation have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. This is a busy role with varied duties including office support, organising lunches and meetings, managing post and incoming calls as well as processing finances and using Excel and internal database systems.

Administrator – Job Overview
- Handle all incoming enquiries through phone, post and online
- General office support such as answering the phones, greeting visitors, franking outgoing post and organise courier services
- Send out correspondence and products
- Input all data to the database
- Administration duties, such as liaising with solicitors, updating database, and filing paperwork.
- Assist with duties for events, conferences, and other business opportunities.
- Provide general administration support to managers such as booking meeting rooms, ordering catering, booking travel, and creating purchase orders.
Administrator – Required Skills and Experience
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Confident on Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
