We have an exciting new opportunity for someone with a passion for people and great customer service to join a busy reception. You will be working for a modern and well-respected company within the Enfield area.  The role is on an ad-hoc basis. 

Receptionist - Job Overview

As a Receptionist your duties will include;

  • Meeting and greeting all business clients and their visitors; preparing and giving refreshments
  • Ensuring all guests receive a positive impression of the company
  • Ensuring the reception area is well stocked, tidy and professional at all times
  • Announcing arriving guests
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms
  • Organising onward travel for guests visiting the premises
  • Distributing post
  • Fielding any phone calls and emails
  • Ad-hoc administration as required
  • Taking calls regarding facilities issues and passing this on to the correct tea member

Receptionist- Skills & Experience Required

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and personable
  • Strong team player
