Get to Know You

We have had quite a few new members in the group recently, so this is a chance to make sure we all know who each other are and what we do, by each talking through the following points:

  1. You – your name, where you work, your current role and a bit about your HR background.
  2. Your specialist area of HR – what are you the expert in! Or what is your particular passion?
  3. What would you love help or support with from the group – either right now or just generally

After this session we will build a kind of ‘directory’ that we can share, so that as well as being able to reach out to the group as a whole if you need help or advice, you will also know a bit more about each other’s particular area of expertise to enable you to access the experts within the group.
