Employment Law Updates

Following our recent event at The Cromwell Hotel, which we hosted together with BP Collins where we learnt all about the imminent Employment Law Changes coming into place next month, this session will look at the practical implications of these changes, and share thoughts and ideas of what we have each done to ensure that we continue to comply with the law.

These changes include

• Updates to the Working Time Regulations and Increase to National Minimum/Living Wage

• Flexible working to become a Day One right from April 2024
