Employment Law Update

Recent changes to Employment Law, include a new statutory duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment at work.

As a result of this change employers now have a new positive legal obligation to take ‘reasonable steps’ to protect their workers from sexual harassment.

This next session to discuss this further and to explore what these reasonable steps might be.  We will discuss the following and share with the grou:

  1. What reasonable steps have you taken to comply with this legislation?
  2. What obstacles or challenges have you faced?
  3. How confident do you feel that you would be found to have complied should an issue arise?
