A thriving family run business are looking for Service Administrator to join them due to continued growth. This role is perfect for an Administrator that is used to a fast paced environment.

Administrator  – Benefits Offered

  • Salary £24,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience
  • Working hours 9.00am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Free parking
  • 21 days holiday + bank holiday

Administrator - Job Overview

As a Administrator your duties will include;

  • Raising quotes
  • Raising jobs
  • Updating and raising purchase orders
  • Checking reports
  • Using multiple systems
  • Keeping the customer constantly updated with job progress, any delays and reasons why ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved
  • General office support
  • Managing the shared inbox


Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous office based administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using multiple systems simultaneously
  • Customer focused with great communication skills – both written and verbal
